Stone veneer — Custom Rock Masonry

Stone veneerthe facade

Full-bed natural stone and thin veneer set with type-S mortar. Stacked rubble, ashlar, cobbled river rock. Each face hand-selected at the pile, dressed on site, mortar tooled to a struck-flush joint.

Rebuild from the crown down — flashing, cap, flue liner, corbel. Full repoint where the mortar has weathered out. Brick replacement, stone re-set, spark arrestors. Cold-weather work scheduled May through September.

Dry-stack and mortared walls for grade transitions, driveways, garden terraces. Engineered drainage behind every wall — geotextile, drain gravel, perforated pipe. Stone selection sized to wall height per Alaska freeze cycles.

Indoor fireplaces, outdoor fire pits, wood-fired ovens, hearth restoration. Firebrick, refractory mortar, stone surrounds. We pull permits, work with your HVAC subcontractor on insert flues, and finish to your interior trim.

Flagstone, paver, dry-laid cobble. Sand-set or mortar-set on prepared base. Steps, landings, fire-pit aprons. Specified to grade and run-off so Mat-Su winters don't lift the stone in the first thaw.

We read every submission ourselves and call back inside one business day. For a fast quote, mention the project type, the approximate stone you have in mind, and a target install month. For an in-person estimate visit, we travel anywhere from Eagle River to Palmer.
